From the I kid you not file, I saw @petchup tweeted on the web today, so I had to take a look. Could it be? Seriously? Yes, it is. Petchup, “a relish, sauce, or seasoning added to food to impart a particular flavour or to complement a dish”…for your dog. According to the website, “Petchup® was created to offer a flavorful addition to dry food while providing a healthy portion of vitamins, minerals, glucosamine, omega 3 and prebiotic to your dog’s daily diet. It’s a delicious daily supplement.”
I was just wondering yesterday as my dog’s beard dripped with toilet water, where in the hell am I going to find a healthy dipping sauce alternative to gravy. It must be canine intervention. When I stop laughing, I’m going to purchase this product, and I’m giving it as gifts to my friends.
Seriously, this is fantastic. We do the best we can to workout and eat well (with the exception of Girl Scout cookie season), so why shouldn’t the four legged member of the family have the same benefit to good nutrition? We love her and want her with us for a very long time.
The website says online ordering for Petchup® is coming soon…do you think by that time they will have mutt-ard, too?
If it’s like human Ketchup is it not just sugar in a bottle and thus setting NBC up for Biggest Loser Canine edition!?!?!
Not a speck of sugar, Michele!! I went to the mypetchup.com web site and read the nutrition. I also bought a bottle and it smells a lot like Chef Boy R Dee, but somehow it’s made of good stuff. Actually better stuff than most humans stick in their mouths. This is AWESOME!
